As previously discussed with Bel...

Being sick and or/ having health issues actually DOES help you lose weight! Hahaha!

Once again, don’t try this at home kids ;P

Doesn't feel very happy about you anymore. And I don't know what to do about it.

Filled out all the forms for volunteering!

Went to my brother and sister’s school the other day to ask about volunteering there next year and just finished filling out all the forms and reading the information I have to read.

So, I should be all set up for next year once my police check is done :) Hello something good on my Resume for my grand American plan. I get to help the kids out in class (aka. reading, spelling, maths) and also for sporting events and maybe some excursions!

The best part is, my brother and sister who will be at the school next year don’t know about it yet but I know they’ll be heaps excited if I get to work in their classes with them :)

So, here’s my part to the community. And also just another thing to pop onto my ever growing list of experience with children. Woot!

I would just like to say...

That yes I am living at home. And I don’t exactly plan on changing that anytime soon.

Right now, yeah, all I do is work a casual job (but with some fairly good hours and money, I must say). I plan to study next year at TAFE, which will be in town BUT I do not choose to move out of home just to be closer.

No, I wouldn’t waste my petrol driving to town and paying for parking. What’s the point when I could spend $2 on a half an hour train ride there. Instead of up to $20 on parking and guzzling a quarter of my tank of petrol to get there. I’m not one of those public transport snobs. I don’t like public transport that much, but hey, it gets me from A to B (well, most times) at a cheap cost.

I know that one day, I will move out. But I don’t NEED to right now. I don’t think where I live is too far away from anything, I’m 10 minutes from work and 30 minutes from town. When I only give my Dad $20 a week to live here, and help out with various other chores (sometimes) there is no reason for me to move.

I plan to go to TAFE and Uni, but why move out and pay $100 a week rent and spend money on groceries and bills and then waste petrol and money for parking just to study for a few hours when I could save most of my money for when I DO decide to move out of home.

I’m not going to be here forever, but until I am financially stable and feel the need to get out of here, then yes, I will move out. But for now, I’m happy.

bensley:

Today at work, a little girl said that I had nice hair.

She then told her mother that one day she was going to fall in love with me and get married.

Awww! That is so cute :)

I love it when little kids come into my work, I give them stamps and everything.
